Attending numerous real estate and appraisal courses and seminars over the years has given Jerry the experience and expertise to accomplish the duties as President of Midwest Mortgage and Credit Consultants, Inc., an affiliate of Hertz Farm Management. A grain and livestock farm in Tama County was where Jerry was born and raised.
