Nabb Licensed Real Estate Salesperson - Iowa Staff Appraiser “My goal is to provide superior service for each client.” Jamie joined Hertz Appraisal Services in October 2001 where he coordinates the appraisal activity for the Mount Vernon office. In addition, he holds his Iowa real estate license and will evaluate and market agricultural real estate. Jamie grew up with a grain and livestock background in Eastern Iowa near Maquoketa. While attending the University of Wisconsin- Platteville, he was the student swine manager at the university farm and a member of their nationally ranked soil judging team. He is a member of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers (ASFMRA) and a member of St. Paul United Methodist Church.
