Pohlman Accredited Farm Manager Real Estate Broker - Iowa, Missouri Certified Crop Advisor “Our clients’ welfare is our primary concern and deserving of our best efforts.” Since 1973, Larry has managed, sold, appraised, and acquired rural properties for clients throughout Iowa and Missouri. He appraised properties for the state of Iowa during 1970-1973. Larry has maintained an active role as a member of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers, serving on several committees with the Iowa Chapter, and was chairperson of the Legislative Committee and Professional Advancement Committee. In addition to his farm management responsibilities in Central Iowa and Missouri, he has coordinated the Hertz Farm Management corn hybrid evaluation plot for Central Iowa. Larry grew up on a Central Iowa grain and livestock farm and was an active member in 4-H and FFA. Larry is a member of the Nevada United Methodist Church and has served as president of the Nevada Lions Club. He is married with two children and three grandchildren.
