Uthof Accredited Farm Manager Licensed Real Estate Salesperson - Iowa “Farm Management is our business.” Dennis has been appraising, managing, selling and acquiring rural properties for clients since 1970. Dennis is an active member of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers. He is also on the Board of Directors for the Linn County Cattlemen’s Association, where he has served as a past president. Past involvements with the agricultural industry include activities with 4-H livestock projects. He was a member of the Iowa State University Livestock Judging Team (1970) and 4-H Club Leader from 1972 - 1980. Dennis graduated from Iowa State University, Ames, Iowa with a B.S. in Animal Science in May of 1970. Dennis was raised on a crop and livestock farm in North Central Iowa, near Fenton. He and his wife, Cheryl, currently reside near Mt. Vernon, Iowa where he is an Elder, and past treasurer, of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church.
