Having 30 years experience as a land specialist, Bill is knowledgeable in the marketing of agricultural real estate, land exchanges, and land-value information. In 1995, Bill was awarded Broker of the Year by the Iowa Chapter Realtors Land Institute. He has maintained an active role in many organizations, including the Iowa and National Association of REALTORS, Iowa and National REALTORS Land Institute, and the Central States Farm Multiple. Bill has served as the treasurer and president for the Iowa Chapter of the REALTORS Land Institute, the chairman of the Land Trends and Values Committee and is past president of the Central Iowa Board of Realtors. Bill has completed a wide range of educational requirements to maintain the Realtor’s Land Institute’s “Accredited Land Consultant” designation. Bill is married and has five children.
